FAQ

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
Delivery times vary and once the package has left our hands we have no control over it but our current delivery times are:
Canada: approximately 2 - 10 business days
USA: approximately 2 - 12 business day
These times are from when when the order is shipped, not placed.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?
We try and get all orders packed up and shipped weekly, but delays may occasionally happen.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
At the moment we are only shipping to USA and Canada on deadcutepins.com. For all other locations please visit our Etsy shop. Not all items are available but they can be added upon request.

MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED?
Unfortunately, if the tracking info says your package has been delivered. We will not replace, reship or refund the order. Please ask anyone in your household, or neighbors if they may have misplaced it. USPS also marks packages as delivered as early as a week before actual delivery.

I WASN'T HOME AND I MISSED MY DELIVERY
Please contact your local mail delivery office to schedule a redelivery or pick-up.
There's not a whole lot we can do for you from here in Canada. 

I SHIPPED IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?
If your order hasn't shipped yet please send us an email as soon as possible and we can change the shipping address for you.
If your order has already shipped then unfortunately all we can do is wait for it to get returned to sender and you can either pay to reship the order, or we can apply a refund for the products.

MY ORDER GOT RETURNED TO SENDER, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
Once the order has been returned to sender, you can either pay to reship the order, or we can apply a refund for the products.

CAN YOU COMBINE SHIPPING ON MY TWO ORDERS?
We do not combine orders on drop days or during sales. Drop us an e-mail though because we can usually have you place a new order containing all the items of both orders and cancel the original two.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? CAN I BUY FROM YOU DIRECTLY?
We are currently located in Calgary, AB Canada. Currently we do not offer local pick up and drop off outside of conventions. Please see Instagram for upcoming  conventions.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
Returns will only be accepted for damaged and defective items. If you have received a defective item please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of your product and we will be happy to send you a new one. This excludes seconds sale items.

I WAS CHARGED CUSTOMS?
Customs charges are common while getting items shipped to you, more so if you have a large order or expensive items. We are not responsible for your customs fee. Please refer to your local import rules. 
All requests to falsify item costs in order to avoid customs will be ignored.

MY ORDER ARRIVED BROKEN/DAMAGED/MISSING SOMETHING/INCORRECT?
If there’s any issue with your order please contact us within 14 days (two weeks) of your order delivery date. Broken/Damaged excludes seconds sale items.

MY PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED AFTER 14 DAYS?
Unfortunately we cannot replace or refund any items after 14 days of the delivery date. Some of the products we sell are practical use items (Wallets, Key Covers, Botlle Openers, ect.) Which means they will wear and tear with use over time. Please use the utmost of care when using our products to extend the life of your purchase. While we do our best to quality check each and every product before shipping, it's impossible to catch all imperfections so please be sure to test your any item within 14 days to ensure there are no faults.

CAN I ADD SOMETHING ONTO MY ORDER?
For complete accuracy of your order, please re-place an order with all the items you would like and send us an email/DM to cancel your original order. If an item you want is sold out then please send us an email or DM. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, we don't accept cancellations. However, if you haven't received a shipping notification feel free to contact us to cancel your order.

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR PINS MANUFACTURED?
It's a secret to everybody. 

WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING ______?
It depends! Not ALL products will get a restock. I'll usually disclose on Instagram wether or not something is limited. Please see restock link at bottom of page for products planned to restock

I HAVE [X AMOUNT] OF FOLLOWERS/DO PROMOS CAN I HAVE FREE STUFF?
Sorry, we aren't looking for promoters right now.

WHATS PATREON HOW DO I SHOP IT?
Patreon is our monthly pin club where once a month we send you a pin! You can read more about it HERE and sign up if you'd like!

HOW DO I BUY OLD PATREON PINS?
Twice a year (June and December) we open up our secret shop and you'll be able to purchase any previous months Patreon designs. You can read more about it HERE

WHATS A SECONDS SALE?
Our Annual seconds sale is something we host where we sell all our pins that dont meet quality standards. It's a great time to get pins for a cheaper price as well as pins that are sold out. Held every year on 02/02 @ 2pm MST
