FAQ

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
Delivery times vary and once the package has left our hands we have no control over it but our current delivery times are:
Canada: approximately 2 - 10 business days
USA: approximately 2 - 12 business day
International: approximately 5 - 35 business days
These times are from when when the order is shipped, not placed. 

MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED?
Unfortunately, if the tracking info says your package has been delivered. We will not replace, reship or refund the order. Please ask anyone in your household, or neighbors if they may have misplaced it.

I WASN'T HOME AND I MISSED MY DELIVERY
Please contact your local mail delivery office to schedule a redelivery or pick-up.
There's not a whole lot we can do for you from here in Canada. 

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?
We try our best to get everything out at least once a week! Usually on Tuesdays.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? CAN I BUY FROM YOU DIRECTLY?
We are currently located around Vancouver, BC in Canada. Currently we aren't offering local pick up and drop off, sorry!

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
Returns will only be accepted for damaged and defective items. If you have received a defective item please contact us with your order number and a photo of your product and we will be happy to send you a new one. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, we don't accept cancellations. However, if you haven't received a shipping notification feel free to contact us to cancel your order.

I SHIPPED IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?
If your order hasn't shipped yet please send us an email as soon as possible and we can change the shipping address for you. If your order has already shipped then unfortunately all we can do is wait for it to get returned to sender and we will reship it to the correct address.

MY ORDER GOT RETURNED TO SENDER, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
If your order gets returned to us, as soon as we receive your order, we can reship it back out to you. We will only attempt reshipping one time before refunding your items to you. You will not get a refund for the shipping costs, however. 

For customers overseas please contact us if your order has been returned to sender. 

I HAVE [X AMOUNT] OF FOLLOWERS/DO PROMOS CAN I HAVE FREE STUFF?
Sorry, we aren't looking for promoters right now.

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR PINS MANUFACTURED?
It's a secret to everybody. 

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS WORLDWIDE?
Yes we do! We love seeing our designs go around the world! 

CAN YOU COMBINE SHIPPING ON MY TWO ORDERS?
For sure! The only times we will not combine shipping is on drop days and during our seconds sale! 

WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING [PIN DESIGN?]
No! We sell exclusively limited edition pins. We occasionally get replacements for defective pins a few weeks after, however those come in very small batches.

I WAS CHARGED CUSTOMS???
Yep! Customs charges are pretty standard while getting items shipped to you, more so if you have a large order or expensive items. We are not responsible for your customs fee.
All requests to falsify item costs in order to avoid customs will be ignored. 
If you refuse your package/paying customs, we will not be refunding you for the item(s).
